The booking form for the final transnational meting is now ready.
Entries must be submitted before the end of January.There is an option for early booking and prepayment of the hotel (B/B) and the optional tour for partners closing their accounts at an early stage.
The excursion on Tuesday 13th March is optional and must be paid by the participants themselves. Meals on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Lunch are paid by the LP.
The participants are asked to submit details on their arrival times so a bus transport may be organised from Aberdeen airport / railway station on Monday afternoon / evening and on Tuesday evening. Departure time for the buses will be decided when we get an overview of arrivals.
On Friday bustransport from Peterhead to Aberdeen Airport / railway station will be organised just after lunch.
